By ordering items from our online store, you agree to these terms. Must be 18+ to purchase. We can cancel any order for any reason and will refund you should this happen with the exception of suspected fraud or policy violations. Should this be the case due to violations to our policies no refund will be issued. Prices may change, but you pay what's shown at checkout. 

PLEASE measure your wrist BEFORE you purchase any Stretch Bracelet from us as all sales are final. All Stretch Bracelets can be altered to meet your size ONLY if the items in your Bracelet are in stock. Measure your wrist and contact me with the item number you want to purchase along with your wrist size and if supplies are in stock I will notify you and let you know to make your purchase and you will receive the altered size Bracelet of your choice. We work with our customers as it is our goal to make your shopping experience a joyful one as well as affordable.

We are not responsible for any breakage or damage of your Stretch Bracelets due to improperly putting on your Bracelets. If you are not use to wearing Stretch Bracelets please find a video showing the proper way to put on a Stretch Bracelet as to add years of wear and enjoyment of your purchase. Our Stretch Bracelets are EXTENSIVELY TESTED upon completion to insure the quality of your purchase.  

We're not responsible if your package gets lost after we ship it. Sometimes crazy stuff happens (natural disasters, supply issues) that's totally out of our control

If you receive a damaged package PLEASE take pictures BEFORE you open your package then pour your items out of the shipping package and take pictures BEFORE you handle the items. Make sure your pictures are clear showing different angles. Email me with these pictures attached as a file along with your information. Without these pictures we are not responsible for any damages during shipment based on hearsay. This no only protects you but the merchant as well should there be a dispute

 It is my hearts desire to bring a little affordable joy into you life and your day that being said please MAKE NOTE these items in my shop are considered as Costume Jewelry and things happen beyond our control such as allergies or fading with time, breaking due to over extending the elasticity of your Stretch Bracelets and even some items turning or changing colors. These are faults of the manufacturer because we purchase our supplies in good faith from reputable companies and try to offer you the best quality merchandise to the best of our abilities and knowledge as a crafter. Should such situations arrise WE ARE NOT held responsible due to negligence on the manufacturers lack of quality. When you purchase from our shop you are in agreement that this will not become a liability for us!

Any Disputes once a purchase is made and final should be made to PayPal and or other avenues if needed
